Vendor Space for the 2024 ASD Conference
Due to limited space, once you are approved as a vendor, you will be provided with a specific code to enter when selecting one of the table options.
You may set up on starting at noon on Thursday 6/13, and must be completely packed up and out by 6:00PM on Sunday 6/16. Vendors must provide their own table coverings.
If you would like to bring someone to help at your vendor table, you are welcome to do so at no charge. You will need to enter their information as part of ticketing process so that we can make up the appropriate ID for them .Your attendance at the conference (as well as your guest's) is also at no charge.
